Aloe 24/7 really does help. It doesn’t cure my reflux problems, but certainly minimises the symptoms. Our 23 year-old son seems to have inherited my digestive issues, and was taking too many Rennies. I gave him a bottle of Aloe 24/7 to try, and he no longer uses Rennies at all. So it certainly does work.
